On May 2, the Martinez family of Plainfield were put out of their Clinton Avenue home due to an electrical fire. While fortunately no one was harmed, they lost everything, and are staying in the living room of another family until they are able to get back on their feet. Local non-profit Angels for Action has been collecting clothes and shoes to help the Martinez Family and will do so until at least Monday, May 23rd.
