Election Day is Tuesday July 7, and the Column A Progressive Democrats strongly encourage you to vote by mail before then. All ballots must be postmarked by that date. For your health, and for our collective wellbeing, voting by mail is best.
However, the deadline to request a mail-in ballot passed on Tuesday, June 30th. So unaffiliated voters and those who did not receive or have lost their mail-in ballots will have to take care of their civic duty in-person. In-person voting will unfortunately be provisional paper ballots. Voting machines will only be available for those with disabilities.
Vote in Westfield
One option is to vote via provisional paper ballot at the County Clerk’s Office at 300 North Ave in Westfield. This option has been available for weeks, but at this point it means making your way to Westfield on Monday or Tuesday between 7:30am and 4:30pm.

There will be election day voting in Plainfield on election day – Tuesday July 7. Like voting in Westfield, this will also be a provisional paper ballot. The polling locations have changed for the majority of Plainfield voters, so play close attention.
