From 4pm until midnight on Saturday August 15th, Plainfield Mayor Adrian Mapp and his wife Amelia hosted their Eighth Annual Community Barbecue. As is the tradition, attendees were asked to donate non-perishable food for those in need.
I arrived at the event at 6:30, and with all the talking one does at such a function, I was only able to snap a few shots before nightfall – mainly of folks mingling in the driveway area. Here they are.
